I'm offering a unique plaque from German motorsport history. This piece originates from the 3rd ADAC Rheintal Zuverlässigkeitsfahrt (reliability trial/enduro), which took place on July 22nd, 1978 at the Hockenheimring. Enduro is a form of motorsport where riders must demonstrate not only speed, but especially skill, endurance and reliability on challenging, unpaved courses with obstacles like mud, rocks and water.
The plaque features both the ADAC logo and the Rheintal Motorsport Club logo.
The plaque was manufactured by the renowned firm Alois Rettenmaier from Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. Dimensions are 11.5 x 7 cm. The material is brass. Condition is good: on the front there's slight residue visible (see photos) and on the back there are some scratches present. These are clearly visible in the photos, which are part of the description.
