This antique and rare Guitar Zither (also chord zither or fretless zither or "Tischklavier" as written in front and the hole of this instrument) was made in Wien in the 1900s. It belonged to my Italian grandmother who was a musician and an enthusiast collector of antique and rare instruments. In photo n. 3 you can see what it's written in the hole in the middle of the instrument: "Raab's - Tischklavier zum selbsterlernen - Gesetzl. Geschütz. Jul. Raab - Wien, XVI Wattgasse 18". *APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS (Interior Measurements): Lenght 21.06 inches / 54 cm Width 13.65 / 35 cm Height 5.46 / 14 cm *CONDITION: It is in very good condition for its age and it still works, with all its chords. It need just tuning! The black paint is ruined in some points, most near the clip which was used as a score clip (photo 4). Feet are authentic and beautiful (photo 1).
