This piece of vintage fashion dates back to at least the 60s The dress was specifically made for the purchaser. All measurements are approximate: Shoulder to end: 28 Pit to Pit: 20 Waist: 32 Bust: 36 Hem allowance (ribboned hem): 7 inches There is some light wear in the back towards the top of the dress. The dress is sheer on top and solid on the waist to the end. The dress to me is reminisce of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffanys. Beautiful piece for a cocktail party
